Most schools believe in teacher growth. Far fewer have a system that consistently supports it. Evaluation cycles can feel compliance-driven, coaching is uneven, and even a strong faculty may hesitate to take the risks required to improve practice. The result? A gap between what schools say they value and what teachers actually experience.

In this virtual workshop, you’ll learn how to close that gap. Explore a mission-aligned, research-informed approach to faculty growth and evaluation that strengthens culture, supports leader well-being, and improves student outcomes. You’ll leave with practical frameworks for evaluation, coaching, corrective action, and selective retention, along with a clear plan for building a professional growth program that is structured, energizing, and sustainable.

This workshop includes 7.5 hours of instructional time, and participants meet for synchronous learning at 11:15 a.m.–12:30 p.m., 1:30–2:45 p.m., and 3:15–4:30 p.m. Eastern time each day of the workshop.
