Attendees are not permitted to record or otherwise capture the Webinar, and Webinar content cannot be used or repurposed without ISM’s permission.

The Webinar will be recorded by ISM and used by ISM for business purposes. By attending and participating in the panel, you waive any claims related to your rights of privacy and/or publicity, and agree that ISM has the right to capture, use, and publish your name, image, voice, and/or likeness in connection with the Webinar for advertising, publicity, and/or trade purposes.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for ISM’s Webinars

Cancellation requests must be made to events@isminc.com.

• Cancellations received more than 1 business day prior to the start date of the webinar will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations received less than 1 business day prior to the start date of the webinar will not be refunded.
• Non-payment of the webinar fee does not constitute a cancellation. The full fee will be due and payable.

Substitution Option

If a member of your team can no longer attend a webinar for which they have registered and it is past the cancellation window, your school has two options to avoid forfeiture of fees. Schools may exercise these options for any webinar cancellations. This option must be made prior to the start of the webinar.

• The school may substitute another attendee. To substitute an attendee, please email the Events Manager at events@isminc.com.             
• The attendee can receive the recorded version.
